3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our end
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp within 24-48 hours
  • Customers must provide accurate personal information including name, contact details, and passport information (for international travel)
  • Any errors in booking details must be reported immediately

3.2 Payment Terms

  • A minimum advance payment of 30% is required to confirm bookings
  • Full payment must be made at least 15 days before the travel date for domestic packages
  • Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the travel date for international packages
  • We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and Bank Transfer through CCAvenue payment gateway
  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
  • Service charges and payment gateway fees may apply

3.3 Price Disclaimer

Regalia Travels reserves the right to modify prices due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, government taxes, or changes in airline/hotel policies. We will notify customers of any price changes before confirming the booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

5.1 Valid Documentation

  • Customers must possess valid passports (minimum 6 months validity) for international travel
  • Visas, where required, are the responsibility of the customer unless visa assistance is included in the package
  • Valid photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving License) required for domestic travel
  • Children must have valid birth certificates and ID proofs

5.2 Health and Vaccination

  • Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary vaccinations and health certificates
  • Travel insurance covering medical emergencies is strongly recommended
  • Customers must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions during booking

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Arrive at departure points at least 2 hours before scheduled departure time
  • Comply with local laws, customs, and regulations of destination countries
  • Respect other travelers, tour guides, and service providers
  • Take care of personal belongings; Regalia Travels is not responsible for lost or stolen items
  • Follow safety instructions provided by tour guides and operators
  • Not engage in any illegal activities during the tour
  • Maintain proper conduct and avoid behavior that may disturb other guests

7. Company Responsibilities and Limitations

7.1 Services Provided

Regalia Travels acts as a booking agent and intermediary between customers and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.). We strive to ensure quality services but do not have direct control over third-party services.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Regalia Travels shall not be held liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
  • Loss of baggage or personal belongings
  • Accidents, injuries, or health issues during travel
  • Natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events
  • Denial of boarding or entry due to improper documentation
  • Quality of services provided by third-party vendors
  • Changes in government regulations, visa policies, or travel restrictions
  • Personal conduct issues of co-travelers

8. Force Majeure

Regalia Travels shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, pandemics)
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or riots
  • Government actions, travel bans, or lockdowns
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or transportation breakdowns
  • Technical failures or cyber-attacks

In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or refunds as per our cancellation policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Regalia Travels website including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and software is the property of Regalia Travels or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Dispute Resolution
