Arrive Leh (3500m) - Fly into Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, meet team, transfer to hotel, complete rest day for acclimatization (mandatory), drink plenty of water, avoid alcohol, light walks only, evening briefing about route and safety, overnight Leh|
Day 2:
Leh Acclimatization & Bike Trial - Morning visit Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace for gentle acclimatization walk, afternoon motorcycle allocation and test ride around Leh (Royal Enfield 350/500cc), bike familiarity, route briefing, gear check, overnight Leh|
Day 3:
Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (120km, 6-7 hours) - Early start, ride to Khardung La Pass (5359m, highest motorable road), photo stop at sign, descend to Nubra Valley via hairpin bends, reach Hunder, check-in camps, afternoon Bactrian double-hump camel ride on sand dunes, visit Diskit Monastery with 32m Maitreya Buddha statue, overnight Nubra camps|
Day 4:
Nubra to Pangong Lake via Shyok Route (160km, 7-8 hours) - Ride through Shyok River valley (alternative scenic route), challenging river crossings, remote villages, reach Pangong Tso (4350m, 134km long, 5km wide, changes color blue to green), 60% in Tibet, overnight lakeside camps|
Day 5:

Tso Moriri to Leh (240km, 9-10 hours) - Return ride via different route through Puga Valley geothermal field, Tso Kar salt lake, Taglang La Pass (5328m, second highest on Leh-Manali highway), reach Leh evening, celebration dinner, overnight Leh|
